Our relationship with Medical Mutual of Ohio began with providing maintenance for the HVAC system, air handling equipment, controls, plumbing systems, and kitchen equipment. Because of our successful completion of those projects, the scope of work was expanded to provide complete facility management at satellite locations, including all technical services.

Assured Service Program
Our customized Assured Service Program incorporated monthly work order reporting, fixed pricing for maintenance, preventive maintenance programs, and on-site staff. Where a previous HVAC contractor provided staff on a time and materials basis that had the building owners assuming all risk, our agreement transferred risk to Brewer-Garrett.

Integrated Facility Services Program
Our performance at Medical Mutual’s headquarters building helped us earn a full-service integrated facilities service engagement at a new satellite location—which also saved the owner the challenge of hiring a new staff when they took occupancy of this space.
